Jon: Thanks, Eric. My name is Jon, and I have some notes and we're going to talk about YouTube optimization today. First item on your six point YouTube checklist is going to be transcripts. Transcripts add content, which add keywords, which make you relevant and ranked for more search terms across YouTube. Second, you want to make sure you're tagging and labeling everything correctly on YouTube. Another important step for your checklist. Number three, we want to make sure we're focusing on keywords. Keywords drive search volume and value. So, we like using a Chrome plugin called Tube Buddy. Check that out, use all your favorite keywords tools, and also think semantically when bringing up keywords, because YouTube, people search semantically, so think about that.
Number four, comments. Comment add content. Shameless self-promote, get your network involved, have them comment on your videos. Number five, create playlists. Creating playlists is a great way to increase your average play time across YouTube. Number six is going to be optimizing your video thumbnails. When I'm scrolling YouTube and I see an interesting thumbnail, I click on those videos. Make sure that you're that video. That's your six point checklist for optimizing your YouTube channel. Back to you, Eric.
Eric Siu: Alright, so hope you enjoyed that. Hopefully this helps you level up, and if you actually leave a comment it's going to show that you're committing to growing your business, so leave a comment and then hit subscribe and we'll see you tomorrow.
