		<description>Competing against the top brands is almost impossible for a small business imho. My recommendation is to avoid chasing the big brands&#039; keywords or (as you suggest) use alternative channels - social media, etc - to send out the news about your website until it gets enough momentum.</description>

		<description>In some areas such as domain name, this is even more important. Many companies have decided to choose their URL based on keywords which is not a concern in SEO. In my personal opinion, keyword based domain names actually hurt branding.</description>
