1st of all tnx for the giveaway its really cool to have the 3.0 right now… I have mixed reaction regarding the 3.0, 1st im happy to have cut and past spotlight and the much improved outube these were some of the features that im really excited of the new software… But 3.0 has its own share of problems especially the stability of the phone (it crashes like 5 times more then 2.2.1), some of the apps are unusable like imob and itv… I fully understand thats its beta testing but hopefullly apple would fix some of the issues here to make us have a better experince atleast of 3.0… Im thinking of downgrading my software back to 2.2.1 but first ill wait for apple’s next move, they might have something in store for us…

i am really pumped that you guys hooked me up with the beta 3.0!!! i just have one quick question, why doesn’t the MMS work on it? i’ve tried to send pictures and receive them and i can’t send them and i still receive them the same way as before. i was just curious if i need to enter something somewhere to make it work. thanks!!!

Here are a couple of weird things I’ve noticed. The icon never shows up to say I’m using WiFi instead of Edge. When I go into Settings and click on WiFi, it says I’m connected to the network. And when I browse a web page I can tell by the speed that I’m definitely on WiFi. But I still have the “E” up in the top of the screen.
The other thing is that it keeps screwing with my ringer volume. Whenever I use the voice recorder and a couple of other times it drops my ringer volume and I have to turn it back up if I want it where it started. That’s all so far. Oh and not even the option to use MMS, but I’m on a 1st Gen. iPhone so I expected that

And we’re up and running! Thanks Single Grain! Everything seems to work great so far. All my apps stayed in place. It’s a little sluggish as others have mentioned, but otherwise good!
